Cedars Sinai is partnering with Transnetyx to provide you with subsidized genotyping for all sample sizes and waived access to Colony, with the option to add AMI for participants who opt in to use the Automated Genotyping service.

Colony+AMI is your online database for mouse lines managed by the CCM Breeding Service. Transnetyx has activated AMI (Artificial Mouse Intelligence) for all labs currently supported by the Breeding Service, enabling you to identify ways to reduce unnecessary breeding, low-density cages, and excess stock cages.
