Shipping Updates & FAQs
TRANSNETYX STATEMENT
Delays happen, and we recognize how frustrating they can be.
The recent winter storm (week of January 23 - 25) brought unprecedented snow and ice across much of the country, including Memphis. As a result, FedEx was unable to deliver shipments for most of last week.
What’s Happening Now:
We received our first meaningful shipment of samples on Saturday, January 31, and additional deliveries from both last week and this week have begun arriving, and will continue for the remainder of the week.
Our teams are processing around the clock to work through the backlog, however, for some samples, the 72-hour turnaround time is at risk.
We understand how important each result is to your research. Please bear with us as we process as many samples as possible while maintaining our quality standards. Accuracy remains our top priority.
We appreciate your continued patience. Thank you for everything you do. We are so grateful to serve you and your research.
If you need an update, or support with your shipment, please contact us at help@transnetyx.com.
EXPECTED INTERNATIONAL TRANSIT TIMES
What we know:
The standard International Priority Service (typically one to three business days) is experiencing delays.
You may experience an additional one- to two-day delay with international shipments.
Once your samples arrive and your order is placed, our system will process your order according to your selected service level.
